From the very beginning he was on hand to help with any of our queries, and was always extremely prompt at getting any answers or updates back to us. Richard played an integral part in bringing our dream home to life. His design input was invaluable, with clear plans and designs that we could see, make changes to and share with the builder in order to make it a reality. The drawings themselves were superb, making our planning application breeze through without any issues and Richard communicated directly with Building Control which took the pressure off us. Richard worked in tandem with our excellent structural engineer Rich at icis design limited, who we would also highly recommend. They were a perfect fit for us, putting our minds at ease through what could have been a stressful process.
